Yes. To ensure the most precise and comfortable fit, Belle Forme provides free bra alterations with our professional fitting service. This customized service ensures your intimate apparel provides the exact support and silhouette you need.
What bra sizes are available at Belle Forme?
We cater to a wide range of body types, offering full-figure bras and support for larger busts from sizes A to K. Whether you are looking for wireless bras for natural support or contouring shaping bras, our expert fitters will help you find your true size for maximum comfort.
Do I need an appointment for a fitting?
While walk-ins are welcome at our Del Amo Fashion Center boutique, we recommend booking a personalized, 1-on-1 luxury fitting session to ensure dedicated time with our expert stylists. You can visit us near the Macy’s entrance or contact us at (310) 597-2380 to schedule your visit.
Order Information
How can I check my order status?
If you have a Belle Forme account, you can login to view your order history and current status. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to your "Order Confirmation" email. For further assistance, you can contact our Customer Care team.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return items purchased on BelleForme.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- Final Sale: All sale items and panties/items with a crotch/gusset (for hygienic reasons) are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
How do I process a return?
Fill out the Return Form included with your order.
Ship the package back to us. If you use a Belle Forme return label, a fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Once received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Do you offer exchanges?
Returns for a different color or size are subject to new shipping charges for the replacement item, unless a "Free Return" promotion was used. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size.
