Shipping policy

Delivery times begin two business days after your order is shipped, and not when it is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our center.

USPS is our courier for all shipments unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Even if you qualify for and receive free shipping, shipping does not include optional insurance charges for the package shipped. Should you elect to purchase shipping insurance to insure your packages' contents, please eneter your request in the "additonal remarks" section of your order prior to placing it. Once the package is in USPS's possession, we can not assume control over it. You can verify when USPS took possession of your package via your tracking number.
